The rates above are based on a stay of seven nights and are inclusive of all taxes, for stays of 14 nights please double the appropriate rental rate. If you are looking to stay longer than 14 nights please ask us about our special rates and offers.
For stays shorter than 7 nights please divide the appropriate weekly rate by 7 to obtain the nightly rate, however please note that for bookings of 6 nights or less we do have to apply a cleaning surcharge of £60/$95.
The rates include full use of all the amenities the villa has to offer with the exception of pool/spa heat which is charged at £80/$160 per week. We recommend pool heat between the months of October and April.
To secure your stay in our luxurious villa please fully complete the booking form and send along with a deposit of £150/$250 for each week of your stay.
