Ok, so the Lanai in this case is not the hawaiian island. In Florida the lanai is the area outside of the house usually
with a hard surfaced flooring that provides an outdoor living space all year round. What is critical with a Lanai is shade or cover.
Our Lanai is a large area just outside the family room. For sitting out on those Floridian balmy evenings there is outdoor lighting and a ceiling fan to enhance air movement
There is a sturdy outdoor table and chairs and a gas BBQ that
comes with a full range of barbecue accessories, it’s completely complimentary all we ask is that you leave it as you found it,
clean. We also provide a wide selection of plastic table and picnic ware for use on and around the pool and deck area
(for health and safety reasons we ask that no glassware of any kind is taken out on to the pool and deck area).
