Our villa sits on a larger than average plot and has been built in a distinctive Mediterranean style that includes many quality features that take advantage of the Floridian outdoor lifestyle.

The extended deck, pool and spa area is complimented by a large private lanai and landscaped gardens, whilst the interior has been carefully designed to maximize your enjoyment of the home. The Family Room, Master Bedroom suite and 1st Queen Bedroom all overlook and provide direct access to the pool and spa area.

To equal the quality and beauty of the home the villa is fully air conditioned and has been superbly furnished throughout by professional designers. With its 5 luxurious bedrooms and 3 full-size bathrooms (which by clever design can make 4 of the 5 bedrooms en-suite) means our home will very comfortably accommodate up to a maximum of 10 guests, making it an ideal choice for families, groups of friends or for 2 families to share.

For both comfort and ease all linens, towels, and baby accessories (cot, highchair and safety stair gate) are provided at no extra cost.
